Pakistan Court death-sentenced Christian man First, he has jailed for three years, adding Fifty thousand Pakistani rupees fine then he will be "hanged by the neck till death" because he sent a single message to his former supervisor. He was in Jail for 7 years.

Who is he and Why he got jail and After Death?

A 37-year-old Asif Pervaiz a garment factory worker who was imprisoned since 2013 and was accused of Blasphemy reported for sending offensive text of Prophet Mohammed to his former work supervisor.

In 2013 Muhammed Saeed Khokher supervisor of the factory had accused Pervaiz of sending text messages containing derogatory remarks on Prophet Mohemmed. Asif in his defense, He left the job early because the supervisor trying to convert him to Islam and he refused so he accused in the blasphemous text message. On Tuesday Lahore court sentenced to death for offensive text again Mohammed and misuse of a mobile.

Asif's Lawyer appeal in Lahore High court by saying all allegations are wrong.

What was the history of Blasphemy and Pakistan Law?

In June 2009 Asia (Christian Lady) who wanted to drink water from well, but her neighbor Muslim lady came to fight for religion and said, "Christians are not allowed to drink water." but Asia refused her and left the place. But the Muslim lady case against her in the police station by saying she abased Prophet Mohammed and Lower Court sentenced against her death. Many people came for her Asia help and in 2018 the Pakistan Supreme court sentenced she was innocent and trapped after all she went to Canada.

In 2002 Wajih Ul Hassan had been condemned a death in blasphemy, but his lawyer appealed in the high court and he was prison for 18 years after 18 year's verdict came as an innocent man to leave him. And his life ahead went into poverty, unemployment oblivion.

What is Blasphemy?

It means any such action which found against GOD. Mostly this world is related to the HOLY BIBLE. In the bible, it defines that, "if someone found as Blasphemer just kill him. The entire assembly stoned to him whether he was a foreigner or local."

It was started with Europe to make the church make paramount, but people become sophisticated and educated blasphemy started declining.

In Pakistan, most people follow the Quran. What is the penalty of Blasphemers? The answer is nothing. Quran readers said, "total 604 pages of the Quran there is no single word related to blasphemy and not having law."

According to Indian scholar Maulana Wahiduddin Khan, "Quran does not prescribe punishment for abusing Prophet Mohammad. In Islam, Blasphemy is a subject of intellectual discussion rather than physical punishment. The Quran tells us since ancient times that," God has sent Prophet's in succession to every town and every community.

Quran includes only words," a liar, a foolish man (7:66), possessed, a fabricator (16:101)."

This clearly shows that abuse of the Prophet is not a subject of punishment rather a subject of peaceful admonishment.

If Quran not allowed to punish men so how could Pakistan punish on Blasphemy. 

The answer is British Colonial took Blasphemy word from the Bible. When Pakistan got independent, so they accepted Blasphemy. In 1980 more clues added to these laws by President Zia-UL-Haq. The law also includes that if someone charged for blasphemy against Prophet Mohammed will be sentenced to death or prison for life long.

According to data by the National Commission for Justice and Peace total 776 Muslims and 505 Ahmadis, 30 Hindus were accused in Blasphemy from 1987 until 2018.

According to the US Commission on international religious freedom, 80 Pakistan people prisoned, and 40 has the death penalty.
