Pakistan tries to smooth things with Saudi Arabia.

Pakistan Army & Government divide over Saudi Arabia. 

Pakistan Army chief general Qumar Javed Bajwa is set to visit Saudi Arabia in capital Riyadh to end the recent tiff between partner countries. Pakistan's Foreign minister Mehmood Qureshi had brought disagreement between Riyadh and Islamabad meeting of the OIC(Organization of Islamic Cooperation) on the Kashmir issue & If OIC will divide India will have changed to become a member of OIC.

Pakistan has been dependent on Saudi Arabia since 1998 for economic bailout and jobs for unskilled workers whose remittances help in the balance of payments of oil. When Pakistan tested its nuclear program in 1998 India also tasted the Nuclear program in Pokhran and America imposed sanctions on both countries but India had money at that time to cope up with the situation but Pakistan didn't have because the foreign reserve was low and need of relaxation in imports and credit facility at a very low-interest rate. So Pakistan took the help of Saudi and got some of the money as funding for deferred payment gives a boost to its economy. 

In 2018 Imran Khan came to power  and his government sought loans from IMF(International Monetary Fund) and other friendly countries and saudi provided $6 Billion loan to ease Pakistan's difficulty. In last yer Pakistan spent total $13 billion on importing petroleum products with $4.9 billion for purchasing crude oil.

Pakistan tries to work with Turkey and Maleshiya to launch jointely Islamic TV channel in 2017 and shows alternative of OIC. In 2018-19 Saudies warned to Pakistan if they dared to go ahead with Maleshiya and Turkey there won't be financial support.

Last week india celebrated first anniversary of revoking kashmir spacial status Qureshi issued against it and demanded Riyadh categorically support Pakistan's position on the disputed territory of Kashmir & if they don't so Pakistan will work with other muskim countries.Riyadh retaliated immediately because if ingesting Pakistan repay $1 Billion for oil supplies that hase previously been deferred payment. Guess who help Pakistan to cover debt? China. After six days Qureshi's Tv offensive ,Riyadh ended loan and oil supply to Islamabad.

UAE and Saudi Arebia have strong relation with India and they honored PM Modi with highest civilian award.

In last General Bajwa intervation to stop the drifts in ties affirms the realization that Pakistan cant afford to alienate the Saudis.So why did Qureshi engage in anti-Saudi  rhetoric that was unsustainable? To understand this Pakistan tries to make its own people happy that pakistan still against Kashmir.
