A black woman Breonna Taylor was shot in her Lousiville home by US police in march. On 23 September officer Brett Hankinson was charged, not in case of Taylor's Death but firing on a neighbor's house and two other officers were involved but don't charge.
Her family sued the Kentucky City for a $12 million settlement.

What happened with Breonna Taylor?
In March the 26-year-old lady was 6 times shot down in her own home in the city of Kentucky, Louisville. She was living with her sister in a rent house. She was a technician in the emergency hospital. She bought a car before someday and wanted to buy her own house, marry with her boyfriend Mr. Walker.
She was worked on night duty for the last 4 days. On 13 March, she was watching a movie with her boyfriend Mr. walker. But The Louisville police department three officers named Brett Hankinson, Jonathan Mattingly, Myles Cosgrove raided her home at midnight.
Because the officers had doubted that Mr. Walker was involved in drug dealing and had used her home by keeping his narcotics safe.
Because police have granted a controversial warrant known as, "No Knocked Warrant" that allows officers without knocking on the door including without Police Uniform. Officers started knocking loudly without announcing their names, so Mr. Walker thought people were trying to break the door.
For self-protection, he fired one shot of his pistol.
Officials said, "Mr. Walker's bullet struck an officer's leg and later official Jonathan required severe surgery."
In response to Mr Brett fired 10 shots and two other officials started firing more than 31 rounds. Jonathan fired six times, and Cosgrove fired 16 shots from the doorway. Mr. Walker wasn't wounded, but Taylor was struck six times in seconds, but in last she was killed in the firing, Lawyer for her family said.
Questions still remain that, "Bullet was fired from Walkers Gun so, Why Talyor lost her life?" Is police against Blacks lives? If she wasn't black, Did the cops trigger gunshot?
Many celebrities have raised voice including In Democratic Party national convection Michelle Obama Said, "At her home, As George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and never-ending list of innocent people of color continued to be murder stating a simple fact, that blacks live matter". Also, the Beyonce file case against officers, Major basketball player, sports players have worn her name on the helmet, jerseys, and shoes.
Oprah Winfrey publishes Taylor's image on the magazine cover to call the police who killed her to be arrested.
In June 2020 official Brett Hankinson was fired from Job because he fired the most bullets but he wasn't fired in Tayor death, but with, "Wanton endangerment" for firing in a neighbor's apartment.
On 23rd September Brett was found guilty in grand jury and Attorney said it wasn't clear if," Mr. Henikson's shots had hit Ms. Taylor but they had hit a neighbor house".
According to Grand Jury other two officers who were involved have not been charged because they were firing in self-defense.
What did the prosecutor say?
Judge O'Connell announced that he had been brought by the Grand Jury system that decides whether the prosecution of the accused allows or not and investigation doesn't share publically.
Governor Andy Beshear urged Kentucky to prosecutor to release the evidence that was presented to the Grand Jury.
As Attorney issued his statement Demonstrators started against him, police have closed traffic on certain streets.
Mayor Greg Fischer declared state emergency, "due to the potential for civil unrest."
Ms. Taylor's family demanded that the Grand Jury transcript should be released in public. A man accused of shooting justice protests has been ordered to be held in jail for $1 m bail. On Wednesday over 127 people were arrested on charge of protest, including many African-American.
