On 21 February 2020 leading party of Thailand (FFP) Future Forward Party was dissolved, which was founded in March 2018 by Thanatorn Juangroogrungkit. In the 2019 election, FFP got 70% of the votes.

On 4th June 2020, Wanchalerm (person name)  went to the market, but a black SUV car caught him and took him into the car and he never appears again. He was a Thai activist and speaking against the ruling party, but under section 112 (jail for 15 years) Ruling party case against him.

In July 2020 another Thai activist was caught by the ruling party because he posted on Facebook against the Government and he sent it to a mental Hospital.
All these incidents show that why people are protesting against the government.

What do protesters ask for?
  1. From the 2017 constitution, remove article 6. The article doesn't Allow Them to speak against King.
  2. Remove Criminal codes section 112. The article doesn't allow anyone to speak against King and not having full democracy.
  3. The 2018 crown property act was put to the end and property should distributed in people.
  4. In the financial budget amount should reduce for the king and according to financial condition provide the amount to the king.
  5. Royal offices should be close and elect officers from folks.
  6. Royal property should be audited and stop charity funds and donations.
  7. The Special Law remove which provides the king to speak in political issues and having a pubic feedback system.
  8. Whatever single, side monarchy education system should be removed and change education policy.
  9. Those who died under article 6 need to solve issues and transparency in checking the royal family.
  10. King should not support the military coup.
What was the history behind reason?

Thailand was under a full monarchy system, but in 1932 there was a military coup and Thailand become a constitutional monarchy. Thailand means independent peoples land. Since 1932 there is 19 times the military coup that happened in the past and in the last May 2014. Also, they introduced many time constitution about 20 times.
All these only one reason behind it is collusion between the military and King. Because of this, the military has a big business empire, including a budget of 4000 cores.

In 2014 the last time of the military coup and assured to folks that there will be never again the military coup and on the other side promised to King that he will get all rights in the new Constitution.
Article 6 says that, "Allegations on the king are not allowed."
Section 112 says that, "Criticism against the king will lead to 15 years of jail."
Power to appoint its own officers in political issues and total control of Royal Family Property.

In the 2019 election military leader Prayut Chan o-cha was elected as a prime minister of Thailand, but he promised fair election to Thailand people and make many parties for election including FFP. When Real-time came for election, there was again fraud.
In the Senate of Thailand, the Military will elect a senator for a total of 250 seats, and they will select Prime Minister and that's how they again become PM of Thailand.

Major Protestors are high school and college students and Youth are calling for Fair election, Bad economy, transparent democracy, women's rights, and tired of cycles of a military coup.
On 20th September Protestors Plaque in front of the "Grand Palace" written note, "This country belongs to the people."

In the last Sedition case filed against Protesters, an Emergency was imposed, Many protesters are in jail nevertheless protesters didn't give up.
